Booking & Quotations
- Quotes provided are estimates based on the details you share and current supplier rates.
- A booking is confirmed only once the required advance payment is received.
Payments
- An advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance is payable before or at the time of travel, as agreed at booking.
Itinerary Changes
- Weather, road conditions and permit rules in the Himalayas may require changes to the itinerary.
- We will do our best to provide suitable alternatives when changes are necessary.
Permits & IDs
- Travellers must provide valid identity documents required for permits and check-ins.
- Delays or denials due to incorrect or missing documents are the traveller’s responsibility.
Liability
- Etrip Tours arranges services such as hotels, transport and permits on your behalf.
- We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by weather, roadblocks, strikes or other force majeure events beyond our control.
Cancellations
- Cancellations are handled as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
